§ 14-203. Unlawful to divert or impound.

It shall hereafter be unlawful for any person to divert the natural flow of the surface waters in the City, or to impound such surface waters, or to permit the impounding thereof, in such manner as to block, hinder or hamper the drainage of the streets, alleys or other property of the City, all as provided for and set forth in and prohibited by the terms and provisions of Tex. Water Code § 11.086; and in all such cases the City shall have remedies, both at law and in equity, including damages occasioned thereby; and section 1-10 shall apply to and cover any and all violations hereof.
