§ 16-54. Definitions.

The following words, terms and phrases, when used in this article, shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section, except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning:

Fireworks shall be as defined in Tex. Occupations Code § 2154.001, and shall exclude the items set forth in Tex. Occupations Code § 2154.002.
