§ 22-60. General purposes and intent of article.

It is the general purpose and intent of this article:
(1)

To establish a fee schedule for City-owned and City-operated ambulance services, for emergency medical service.

(2)

To establish a fee schedule for City-owned and City-operated fire department services associated with fire, EMS, hazardous materials, rescue, and weapons of mass destruction responses.
