§ 24-7. Banner signs.

Banner signs in residential zoning districts are allowed subject to the following requirements:
(1)

Banner signs may be erected by property owners' associations as defined by the Texas Residential Property Owners Protection Act.

(2)

Each property owner's association may erect one banner sign at each entrance.

(3)

Each residential property owner may erect one banner sign.

(4)

No banner sign may be erected more than seven days prior to the first Tuesday in October.

(5)

Banner signs must be removed by 11:59 p.m. the day following the first Tuesday in October.

(6)

Banner signs on public property shall be governed by a separate City policy.
