All-weather crossings shall be required. Where a street crosses the Leon Creek and
its tributaries, the San Antonio River, Salado Creek, San Pedro Creek, Martinez, Creek,
Apache Creek, Olmos Creek, or Alazan Creek, such all-weather crossing designs shall
be based on a one-hundred (100) year frequency as approved by the director of public
works. All other crossings shall be based on a twenty-five (25) year frequency storm.
All crossings, culverts and bridges shall be designed for an H-20-44 or H-20 S16-44
loading.
