§ 28-3. Extraterritorial jurisdiction.

All ordinances governing plats and subdivisions of land within the City's jurisdiction to promote health, safety, and general welfare of the City and the safe, orderly, and healthful development of the City, are hereby extended and made applicable in the extraterritorial jurisdiction of the City.
