§ 28-80. Blocks.

Latest version.

The length, width and shape of lots shall be such as to:
(1)

Provide adequate building sites suitable to the special needs of the type of use contemplated.

(2)

Accommodate lots of the size and dimensions required by the City's zoning ordinance.

(3)

Provide for convenient access, circulation, control and safety of street traffic.

(4)

Give due regard to the limitations and opportunities of topography and drainage.
