§ 2-23. Meeting times.

(a)

Regular meetings of the City Council shall be held the fourth Monday of each month at 6:30 p.m. and may be recessed from time to time, effective October 2011.

(b)

Special meetings shall be called by the Mayor or any three Aldermen.
