§ 2-29. City Council minutes.

Latest version.

The minutes for City Council meetings shall be in the form of Action minutes and shall reflect what was done at the meeting rather that what was said at the meeting except where necessary to reflect a brief statement of citizens during Citizens to be Heard and public hearings.
