§ 34-93. Water utility fund.

(a)

There shall be transferred from the water utility fund of the City to the general fund of the City such rate of gross receipts as set by City Council, at least annually.

(b)

Payments hereunder shall be calculated on the basis of gross receipts from the sale of water within the corporate limits of the City during the calendar quarters ending March 31, June 30, September 30 or December 31 next preceding that during which payment is made and shall be payable on or before April 15, July 15, October 15 and January 15 for the preceding quarter.
