§ 10-48. Established.

(a)

There shall be established on the books of the City a Law Enforcement Educational and Training Fund.

(b)

The purpose of this fund is to enhance the training and educational standards of the City Police Force by provision of grants to individual commissioned officers of the City Police Department to defray tuition costs in courses of law enforcement approved by the State Commission on Law Enforcement Standards and Education.
