§ 12-3. Election of Mayor and Aldermen.

An election shall be held on the first Saturday in the month of May of each odd-numbered year to elect a Mayor and two Aldermen at large. An election shall be held on the first Saturday in the month of May of each even-numbered year to select three Aldermen at large.
