§ 34-48. Required removal.

Any person who shall violate any provision of this division shall be required to remove the prohibited construction or potential source of contamination within seven days after notification that they are in violation of this division.

Section I of Ord. No. 100-02-11, adopted May 17, 2011, repealed former § 34-48 which pertained to penalty and derived from Ord. No. 500-01-05, § 5, adopted June 21, 2005. Said ordinance renumbered former §§ 34-49 and 34-50 as §§ 34-48 and 34-49.
