§ 22-89. Construction standards.

The standard for construction to limit the spread of fire and the protection to life should a fire occur shall be the standards set forth in this article and NFPA 101, Fire Prevention Code, of the National Fire Protection Association and supporting NFPA standards published by the National Fire Protection Association, being particularly the current editions, and said code shall be part of this article as though set out herein.
